"TERRIBLE customer service. Do not use this agent. The representatives at the office are extremely unprofessional and have no customer service skills. When in inquiring about possible discounts to lower my premiums with Louis Castillo (a representative at the office), I was literally laughed out when I asked if medical professionals had any additional benefits. When I mentioned I received a quote from a different insurance provider that was cheaper than my current State Farm policy, he told me "the grass is always greener somewhere else, I would go there". Lastly when I asked if I could speak with a manager or Arthur Huth himself, Louis responded "yuppers" and then put me on hold for 25 minutes which eventually led to him hanging up on my call without connecting me. Highly suggest using a different State Farm agency."

"Lewis, who answers phones was a condescending jerk, when there was a major issue with State Farm for one of 4 vehicles with have insured here."
